I accept personal checks and credit cards through PayPal. If paying by personal check, I will delay shipping until the check has cleared our financial institution. If you prefer to pay by credit card, I will send an email invoice to you through PayPal to have the transaction processed.

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. I will provide you with the shipping cost at the time you place your order. Holsters and larger items are shipped using Priority Mail (1 - 3 business days). The cost of shipping these items include insurance and I will provide you with a tracking number. Smaller items are shipped using 1st Class Mail or Stand Post mail depending on weight (3 - 5 business days). Insurance is not included with these items, but for a $3.00 upgrade insurance can be added.

Prior to using an Alsaker holster, you should familiarize yourself with its functionality. Secure the empty holster to you in the manner it is intended to be used. Prior to placing a firearm into an Alsaker holster for the first time in order to test the holster for fit or retention, you must clear the firearm and magazines of all ammunition following established safety rules. The firearm may then be inserted into the holster.

Alsaker holsters are custom made, therefore they fit only the specific make and model original factory equipped firearm that the holster was built for. Alsaker holsters are not intended to be used with a firearm that has been modified or had accessories added to it, including but not limited to: trigger shoes, extended slide releases, grip adapters, laser sights, etc. Use of these accessories or any other modification to the firearm may cause improper holster fit and accidental discharge. An Alsaker holster, belt, firearm accessory, or other leather good should never be altered or modified in any way. Using a firearm with modifications / accessories or making modifications to any Alsaker product increases the risk of accidental discharge and voids the warranty.

It is the user’s responsibility to exercise extreme caution when handling or carrying any firearm and the user should assume at all times that the firearm is loaded. Carrying any firearm with a live cartridge in the chamber immediately in front of the firing pin may cause an accidental discharge. Single action revolvers should be carried with the hammer or firing pin resting on an empty chamber.

Your decision to handle or carry a firearm, either for sport or personal defense, carries with it a certain amount of risk and potential injury or death. All firearms are potentially deadly weapons. Death, serious injury, and property damage may result if firearm safety rules are not strictly followed. Firearms should only be handled by a responsible adult who has successfully completed an accredited firearms training course. Firearms shall be kept out of the reach of children and those not properly trained to handle the firearm. Great care must be used with firearms at all times, including when handling, storing, transporting, or placing or removing a firearm from an Alsaker holster.

Once an Alsaker product has been purchased, how the product is used and who they are used by is entirely beyond our control. The user bears full responsibility for the risks associated with handling a firearm. Alsaker Custom Leather, L.L.C. is not liable for unintended or accidental discharges of the firearm. If a holster becomes worn, damaged, or ill-fitting you should not use the holster. It is the user’s responsibility to personally verify all products are in proper working condition every time the products are used.

Alsaker Custom Leather, L.L.C. specifically disclaims any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to persons or property resulting from the use of any Alsaker product. The implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, express or implied, except as provided herein, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the product purchased. Upon purchase of an Alsaker product, the purchaser and/or user assumes all risks as to the performance of the product.

We want you to love your Alsaker product. We use only premium materials and take great pride in our craftsmanship. Therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of the date we shipped it to you and we’ll refund the purchase price – minus shipping costs. The item must be shipped back to us in the box it was shipped to you in to protect the product. No other shipping container is acceptable. The product must not have been used and must be in original condition (no marks, no scratches, no scuffs, and no alterations of any kind). You must contact us prior to shipping the product back to us so we can assist you in getting the product properly returned to us and so we can prepare your refund. Any item returned to us that is not in original condition will be returned to you and a refund will not be granted. This policy does not apply to custom orders, orders where unique carving or stamping has been made on the product, or products created with exotic hides. These types of items are not refundable.

We guarantee our products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If during this period, you experience a defect in materials or workmanship with your Alsaker product, please contact us and we will repair or replace any item with a material or workmanship defect, excluding normal wear and tear.
